We are contracted with Medicare, Tricare, Oregon Medicaid, Regence Blue Cross, HealthNet, and most other commercial insurance carriers operating in our area. If you cannot find us on your plan's list of providers, please ask us so we can clarify our relationship with your plan. We are in-network for over 95% of the plans. Copays for contracted plans are dictated by your insurance plan and must be paid at the time of the visit. For plans that do not have a direct contract with us or plans that require you to see a particular PCP (primary care provider) not part of our practice, we require full payment at the time of visit. We will bill your insurance company and we will refund you any overpayment after your insurance pays. Or, you can get direct reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your benefits.
